Hamilton’s Knee Ailing, Will Miss Saturday Game vs. Vikings

As if the left side of the Seattle Seahawks’ left side of the offensive line is dinged up enough, one more player has joined the list of the walking wounded as guard Ben Hamilton has joined fellow O-lineman Russell Okung on the sidelines Wednesday.

According to the Associated Press, team head coach Pete Carroll said that Hamilton would not start during Saturday’s game at Minnesota. Recently acquired Mike Gibson, formerly a Philadelphia Eagles practice squad player, is expected to start this weekend.

Meanwhile, Okung, who sustained a high ankle sprain last weekend during the Seahawks game against the Green Bay Packers last weekend, is expected to miss a significant amount of time.
