Halftime Check-in: San Francisco at Seattle

With San Francisco favoring the spread/shot gun set like they did last week against the Jaguars, Frank Gore has had a quiet day, but his 49ers remain right in the thick of things in Seattle against the Seahawks.

Tight end Vernon Davis has been the main reason for that, as he has 82 yards and a touchdown on just three catches.  His touchdown set a single-season record for touchdowns by a San Francisco tight end.

Seattle quarterback Matt Hasselbeck has two passes that went for scores, but what’s more noticable is the lack of protection his offensive line is giving him.  Hasselbeck has been sacked three times and, on one of those sacks, he lost a fumble.

At the half, the game is tied at 14.
