The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports that it appears that Julius Jones will be back against the Rams:

Seahawks running back Julius Jones has recovered from the bruised lung that kept him out this past week and is expected to practice Wednesday and should play Sunday at St. Louis. Mora said Jones would resume his role as the starting tailback if all goes well in practice this week. “We’ll have to work him in at a condensed pace,” Mora said, noting that Jones was unable to condition during his absence because of the injury to his lung.
