Halftime Check-in: Jacksonville at Seattle
Posted by Devon Heinen on October 11th, 2009 in Game Stories, News
A one-and-three football team?
So far, Seattle has looked anything but the team it’s been the past few weeks thanks to the return of quarterback Matt Hasselbeck.
Hasselbeck already has 192 yards and two touchdowns through the air, in addition to 21 yards on two carries.
Hasselbeck’s two scoring strikes came on a 34-yard connection with TJ Houshmandzadeh and a 44-yarder to Nate Burleson.
Without wide receiver Mike Sims-Walker, the Jacksonville Jaguars have been unable to do much offensively.
The Jaguars have 92 yards of total offense.
At the half, Seattle leads 20 – 0.
