Hawks Work Out Wake Forest LB Aaron Curry

AP LIBERTY WAKE FOREST FOOTBALL
The 2009 NFL Draft is now less than a month away, and one player the Hawks still have an interest in with the fourth pick is Wake Forest LB Aaron Curry, who they worked out Wednesday. Here is the story from the Tacoma News Tribune:

The Seattle Seahawks worked out Wake Forest linebacker Aaron Curry in Winston-Salem, N.C., on Wednesday, according to Curry’s agent Andy Ross. “He (Curry) said everything went great,” Ross said. “He really got along with the coach well and really likes their system. He just looks forward to whatever team takes him to be a leader and an impact player.” Seattle linebackers coach Zerick Rollins put Curry through a series of drills in about a half-hour workout, according to Ross. The Seahawks also plan on having Curry visit the team’s Renton facility in early April, Ross said. Curry has already visited Detroit. Along with Seattle, he plans to visit Kansas City and Cleveland.
