Hawks Want to Make a Run at Haynesworth?

From: Seattle P.I

The Seahawks are positioned to shock the NFL world. The defensively deficient team could slap an exclamation point on its transition to Jim Mora as head coach if it was to pony up big bucks to pry All-Pro defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth away from the Tennessee Titans — and other suitors — in free agency. Or, the Seahawks could address a glaring lack of production from the end position opposite Patrick Kerney by luring Bertrand Berry away from the NFC West rival Arizona Cardinals.

  1. Pete says:

Albert would instantly transform this defense from mediocre to dominant…Do we really need another defensive end with Tapp and Jackson still looking to prove themselves? Only someone extremely talented (like Peppers) would merit spending any more time and money at that position, in my opinion.
