Seahawks Looking for 8th Straight Win vs. the Rams
The Seahawks travel to St. Louis to take on the Rams in a battle of 2-11 teams. Kickoff is slated for 10am (PT) and the game will be televised on FOX (channel 13 in Seattle) and broadcast on News Talk 710 KIRO and 97.3 KIRO FM in Seattle.
It will be the 21st regular season meeting between the two clubs and 14th since joining the NFC West in 2002. Seattle leads the series, 11-9. The Seahawks have won nine of the last 12 meetings and are in the midst of a seven-game winning streak since 2005 after losing three in a row to the Rams (2003-04).
In this season’s matchup in Week 3, Seattle gained a season-high 407 yards of offense and jumped out to a 17-0 first quarter lead en route to a 37-13 win at Qwest Field. Julius Jones rushed for 140 yards on 22 carries while Matt Hasselbeck recorded a season-high 104.6 passer rating.
