The Seahawks return home for the next two weekends and first up are the Arizona Cardinals this Sunday. Kickoff is slated for 1:05pm (PT) and the game will be televised on FOX (channel 13 in Seattle) and broadcast on News Talk 710 KIRO and 97.3 KIRO FM in Seattle.
The Seahawks have won five of the last seven meetings and eight of the last 11. The two teams split the two meetings last season and the all-time series is tied at nine games apiece. Since joining the NFC West in 2002, Seattle is 8-4 versus the team from the Valley of the Sun.
In the last meeting at Qwest Field on December 9, 2007, Seattle jumped out to a 24-0 lead en route to a 42-21 victory, clinching its fourth consecutive NFC West Division title. Marcus Trufant intercepted a career-high three passes, returning one for an 84-yard touchdown while Matt Hasselbeck threw for four touchdown passes and a 131.6 passer rating.
