The Hawks have settled on a kicker for week one in Buffalo, and the Seattle Times reports it is Olindo Mare. The battle came down to Mare and Brandon Coutu during camp, and even though Coutu did not miss a field goal in the preseason, the team decided on the experience of Mare. “I know it was good for me to have a guy like Brandon in camp,” Mare said. “I’m sure experience has something to do with it, and I’m sure kickoffs had a lot to do with it.”
