Tubbs

Former number one draft choice Marcus Tubbs recently had arthroscopic surgery to clean up his often-injured right knee.  The surgery will keep him out of action this weekend at the Hawks mini-camp, but reports say that he may be ready to go for the start of the season.  Tubbs was gone all of last season due to that right knee, and it’s one that has caused him to miss 32 games over the past three seasons.  The team also made a pair of roster moves today, signing DT Larry Tripplett and linebacker Wesly Mallard.
