Tatupu Wary Of New Rule

NFL team owners voted 25-to-7 this week to allow the use of communications devices for defensive players.  Only one player on the defense will be allowed to have a communication device in their helmet, just like quarterbacks have had in their helmets for a few seasons now.  For the Seahawks, Lofa Tatupu is the most likely candidate to get the device since he makes the calls for the defense.  Tatupu said he didn’t like the new rule and didn’t think it was necessary.  The Seahawks were one of the seven teams who voted against the rule.
