Oh well, so much for the Maurice Morris experiment. Clare Farnsworth of the Seattle Post-Intellingencer reports and Seattle Seahawks head coach Mike Holmgren has confirmed that running back Shaun Alexander will start this Sunday when the team plays the Philadelphia Eagles; Alexander had missed the last three games with a sprained left knee. RB Maurice Morris, who had started in Alexander’s place, will see action against the Eagles; both running backs participated in all phases of practice on Friday.
