Holmgren To Change Game Plan
Posted by Matt Loede on November 6th, 2007 filed in NewsSeahawks head coach Mike Holmgren says he’s going to make some changes to the game plan this Sunday. In the wake of a stagnant running game, Holmgren says he is going to return to his roots. Holmgren has focused more on the running game in recent season due to the presence of former MVP running back Shaun Alexander. Holmgren has been encouraged by the team’s passing game so he plans to move to the 60-40 pass-to-run ratio his teams have been successful with in the past. He says the team needs to start playing to its strengths.
