Seahawks Slaughter Rams 33-6

Matt Hasselbeck threw for 195 yards and two touchdowns to lead Seattle past St. Louis 33-6 at Qwest Field.  The Seahawks’ defense came up big with seven sacks, three interceptions and two forced fumbles.  Darryl Tapp notched four sacks and forced a fumble, while Will Heller hauled in two touchdown passes.  Bobby Engram added six receptions for 73 yards for Seattle, which moved to 4-and-3.  Marc Bulger returned for the winless Rams after missing the last two games with a rib injury.  He completed 21-of-40 passes for 225 yards and three interceptions.  At 0-and-7, the Rams are off their worst start in franchise history.  Torry Holt had eight catches for 82 yards in the loss.
