Seattle Seahawks rookies have reported and the rest of the team starts training camp Sunday in Kirkland.  Since 1997, the Hawks have held training camp at Eastern Washington University in Cheney, but will hold this year’s in Kirkland before moving to new team facilities in Renton for next year.  With training camp in Kirkland closed to the public, the first chance fans will get to see this year’s Seahawks is August 4th when the Hawks hold their annual intrasquad scrimmage.  Proceeds from sales of tickets to the scrimmage at Seattle Center’s Memorial Stadium will benefit a local charity.  Fans get a chance to attend a practice for free August 8th at Husky Stadium.  The Seahawks first preseason game is August 12th at San Diego and the season opener is September 9th when the Hawks host Tampa Bay.
