Posted in Marquis Cooper was drafted by the Tampa bay Buccaneers in the 3rd round of the 04′ draft out of the University of Washington. The Seahawks signed him in December of 06′. He played sparingly in one regular season game and one playoff game last season. The Seahawks signed undrafted free agent rookie Kicker Kurt Smith from the University of Virginia.
