Seahawks Ink Two More Draft Picks

The Seattle Times reports that the Seattle Seahawks have agreed to terms with offensive lineman Mansfield Wrotto, the second of the team’s two fourth-round picks in April, and wide receiver Jordan Kent, the second of two sixth-round picks. Wrotto and Kent will join linebacker Will Herring, a fifth-round selection, in coming to terms on a deal. Herring and Wrotto have four-year contracts; Kent’s agent was not available to confirm the length of the former Oregon player’s deal, but it is also believed to be about four years.
Wrotto came to the Seahawks in the Darrell Jackson trade with San Francisco. He moved from the defensive line to the offensive line in college at Georgia Tech, and will be a guard on Seattle’s offensive line. Kent is viewed as a project, but the team is still high on him. A three-sport athlete at Oregon, Kent played two years of college football and never played in high school.
